1. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure fair processing of claims, customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
- Any damage, missing item, or wrong product must be clearly visible in the same video.

Any claim without clear video proof will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Reporting Timeframe
- Customers must report any issue (damaged, missing, or wrong item) within 2 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Return Cases
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product (with valid unboxing video proof)
- Missing item (with valid unboxing video proof)
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Claims without unboxing video proof
- Reports made after 2 days of delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
- Processing time may take 5β10 working days after approval.
