1. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To ensure fair processing of claims, customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
  • The unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
  • Any damage, missing item, or wrong product must be clearly visible in the same video.

⚠️ Important:
Any claim without clear video proof will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.


2. Reporting Timeframe

  • Customers must report any issue (damaged, missing, or wrong item) within 2 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Return Cases

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product (with valid unboxing video proof)
  • Missing item (with valid unboxing video proof)

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Claims without unboxing video proof
  • Reports made after 2 days of delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 working days after approval.
